How can we help you?

Where can I park?

There are plenty of parking spaces around the Navarra Arena and outdoor parking such as Sadar Parking, Public University of Navarra or the UPNA Football Field Parking.

You will not be able to park in the areas surrounding the venue when there is a football match being played in El Sadar.

Is there a motorcycle parking area?

Yes, there are two motorcycle parking lots on the perimeter of the venue.

Is there bicycle parking area?

Yes, there is an outdoor bicycle parking area in Plaza Aizagerria and on the Travesía de Extremadura.

Which bus line is the closest to Navarra Arena?

The regional urban transport lines that pass near the pavilion are lines 1, 6, 9, 11 and 16. A special line 11 support service is provided at all events. Check out more details on how to get to Navarra Arena here.

Which bus routes can I take at night?

From 10:45 pm the regional urban transport service activates a special extra service (R3) that goes from Navarra Arena to Príncipe de Viana.

Is there a parking area at Navarra Arena?

Yes, we have an underground car park at Navarra Arena. A limited number of spaces will be made available to the public for each event. To be able to book this service, check the info of each event.

Is there a taxi rank in Navarra Arena?

Yes, there is a taxi rank in Plaza Aizagerria.

What time do gates open before each show?

Each activity or show has its own opening hours that will be published days before on our social networks Instagram, WhatsApp, X and Facebook - and on the website in the event tab.

Can I enter the venue after the show has started?

Yes, you can access the venue once the event has started up to 15 minutes before it ends.

Can I leave Navarra Arena before the end of the show?

Yes, you can leave the venue at any time. Once outside, it will not be possible to re-enter, since the ticket loses its validity, unless the needs of the event so require or it is stated otherwise upon ticket purchase.

Are animals allowed inside?

Only duly accredited guide dogs are allowed access. Animals are not allowed in the venue.

How do I access the venue if I have an arena ticket?

The access gates to the venue are specified depending on each event. Access point information will be published days before on our social networks Instagram, WhatsApp, X and Facebook - and on the website in the event tab. Navarra Arena has three entrances for Arena Tickets, Arena 1, Arena 2 and Arena 3.  You can check the location of the access points on the following map.

How do I access the venue if I have a ticket for the stands?

The access gates to the venue are specified depending on each event. Access point information will be published days before on our social networks Instagram, WhatsApp, X and Facebook - and on the website in the event tab. Navarra Arena has two entrances for Grandstand Tickets, Gate A and Gate C. You can check the location of the access points on the following map.

How do I access the venue if I have a PRM ticket?

The access gates to the venue are specified depending on each event. Access point information will be published days before on our social networks Instagram, WhatsApp, X and Facebook - and on the website in the event tab. Navarra Arena has two entrances for PRM Tickets, Gate A and Gate C. You can check the location of the access points on the following map.

These entrances are accessible and free of obstacles that prevent access. The rest of the accesses involve stairs and are not accessible by elevator.
 

Is there a security check when entering the venue?

Before entering the venue there is a security check at all entrances.

How long does an event last?

The duration of each event varies depending on the show. If the information is available in advance we will provide it days before on our social networks Instagram, WhatsApp, X and Facebook - and on the website in the event tab.

 

Can I bring a camera?

SLR or professional cameras are not allowed.

Can I take a selfie stick?

Selfie sticks are not allowed.

Can I take food and drink?

A small water bottle without a cap and with some food per person is permitted. Alcoholic beverages are not allowed.

Is it possible to go in with backpacks?

Yes, as long as they are backpacks or small bags after being checked by our security service.

Can I take a helmet?

Helmets are not allowed.

Can I bring banners or posters?

Banners are allowed as long as they do not bother other people attending, do not affect visibility and security, do not cover other venue signage and are not offensive.

Can I go in with an umbrella?

Only folding umbrellas.

Where can I buy tickets for the events organised at Navarra Arena? 

Depending on the event, the official sales channels will be established. The sales channels are specified in the tab of each event.  

Navarra Arena has its own sales channel that is not always available at all events. If Navarra Arena is the official channel or one of the official ticket sales channels at the event, the following sales channels will be enabled:

  • www.navarrarena.com
  • Baluarte ticket offices (Opening hours: from Monday to Saturday from 11 am to 2 pm and from 5 pm to 8 pm, except in summer).
  • NICDO point of sale and information located in La Morea shopping centre (Opening hours: Monday to Saturday from 09:30 am to 9:30 pm).
     

Is there a physical ticket office at Navarra Arena to purchase tickets?

Navarra Arena has not got a physical ticket office open every day. The Navarra Arena ticket office will only open on the day of the show if there are still tickets available. Opening hours of the ticket office will be published days before on our social networks Instagram, WhatsApp, X and Facebook - and on the website in the event tab. If there are no tickets left for the event, the Navarra Arena ticket office will not open on the day of the event.  

Can purchased tickets be returned?

No. You must be sure before processing the purchase because it is not possible to return the tickets. Not being able to attend the event or making a mistake when purchasing the tickets are not grounds for return. They will only be refunded in case of cancellation of the event.
 

Can I show the ticket on my mobile?

It depends on the ticketing company of each event, as they can be both physical and downloadable PDF tickets, digital tickets or mobile-only tickets.  

No photographs or screenshots will be accepted under any circumstances.
 

I have bought tickets on the official sales channel of Navarra Arena (Bacantix), and I have selected the option to pick up the paper tickets. Where can I pick up the tickets?

If you have purchased your tickets at www.navarrarena.com and you have selected the option to pick up the paper tickets you can pick them up at the Baluarte ticket office, at the NICDO point of sale and information located in La Morea shopping centre or on the same day of the event at the Navarra Arena ticket office. If you have purchased the tickets on other sales platforms you should check with the management company of that platform.

If you have purchased your tickets at www.navarrarena.com and you have selected the option to pick up the paper tickets you must present the sales locator or the email address from which the purchase was made.
 

I bought tickets on the official sales channel of Navarra Arena (Bacantix) and lost the tickets. How can I get them back?

Tickets purchased at Bacantix can be reprinted from the proof of purchase that you received in the confirmation email received after the purchase. If you can't find your email you can write to us at infonavarrarena@nicdo.es.

If the tickets have been purchased at the ticket office or point of sale and information of NICDO in La Morea with a credit card, write to infonavarrarena@nicdo.es reporting the situation and we will make a duplicate that will disable the previously purchased ticket.  
 

I have not purchased the tickets on one of the official channels listed for the event. What might happen? 

The purchased tickets may not be valid and you will not be able to access the event. We recommend purchasing through the official channels listed in the event info.

 

Can I post a photo of my tickets on social media and/or blogs? 

We advise not to publish photographs of the tickets. In you do, never post the barcode or QR code.

Are there seats for people with reduced mobility?

Yes. In compliance with current regulations, Navarra Arena has a space reserved for people with reduced mobility within the venue. People with reduced mobility can purchase tickets on the sales platforms indicated in the info of each event. The seats for this area are sold with the indication “Reduced mobility” or similar.
 

Where are the PRM seats located?

The seats are located in various areas of the ground floor (at street level). The rest of the seats are not accessible. More information here.
 

How much are tickets for people with reduced mobility?

The price of tickets for people with reduced mobility is set by the sponsor company. You can check this during the online sale when enabled. You can also ask us at infonavarrarena@nicdo.es
 

How do I access the venue if I have a PRM ticket?

Why are the PRM seats only on the ground floor of the Navarra Arena?

The Navarra Arena venue has PRM-enabled seats since it first opened, complying with current legislation that requires such compliance by the venue. The location of PRM seats on the venue entrance level (access level 0 from the outside) is to provide the maximum guarantees in case of an eventual evacuation for the users of said seats and their escorts. The purchase of PRM seats at concerts is made available through each event info, always ensuring the purchase of two seats (PRM + companion) and enabling the purchase of a third seat as close as possible to the other two in cases of needing 3 tickets.
 

Can I come with more than one person accompanying me?

Only one person per person with reduced mobility. However, if your situation is different, you can contact us at infonavarrarena@nicdo.es to tell us about your situation and we will attempt to accommodate all those necessary when Navarra Arena is selling these tickets.
 

I am a person with reduced mobility and I have purchased a general admission ticket, not identified as a Reduced Mobility Ticket. Can I change it?

If you have bought the ticket on our website, at the Baluarte ticket office or at the NICDO point of sale and information at CC La Morea, please contact infonavarrarena@nicdo.es and we will study your case according to your needs and the availability of tickets. If you have purchased them on another sales platform, contact the platform and explain your situation.
 

I'm in a wheelchair and I have an arena ticket. Can I get in?

No, for safety reasons, only those people who can go up and down stairs will be able to access the arena, since access and evacuation is carried out by stairs.
 

I have an injury and am on crutches. Can I access any seat or the arena? 

If you have purchased the ticket on our website, at the Baluarte ticket office or at the NICDO point of sale and information at CC La Morea, please contact infonavarrarena@nicdo.es and we will study your case according to your needs and the availability of tickets. If you bought them on another sales platform, contact the platform and explain your situation.

 

Is there parking for people with disabilities?

 Yes, there are several places for people with disabilities on the perimeter of the building.

 

Does Navarra Arena have assistance staff for people with disabilities? 

Yes, the Navarra Arena public service staff will assist people with disabilities if required.

 

I have a hearing impairment; how can I apply for a hearing support system? 

We have implemented the use of innovative technologies to make the concerts we host at Navarra Arena accessible to people with hearing disabilities and deaf people. We have two systems: vibrating vests and magnetic loop. You can find more information here. You can request this system through the form available in the event info for the event you are going to attend. 
 

Can guide dogs enter? 

Yes, according to current regulations, guide dogs can access as long as they are duly accredited.

Can minors enter the venue?

Each of the events has specific terms regarding the access of minors to the venue. Check the specific terms in the event info or when buying the tickets.

In general, all children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Minors aged 16 to 17 can access the premises with the authorisation of a responsible person (parent or legal guardian). Each event organiser will set the limits.
 

Do all minors have to have a ticket?

Yes. Minors must always have a ticket both at concerts, sporting events or any other event requiring tickets. Although they always need a ticket, whether it is a paid one or not depends on the event organiser, so, this will be indicated in the event info.

You can check the specific prices and conditions for minors in the info of each event or when buying the tickets.
 

Are there baby changing tables in the venue?

Yes, Navarra Arena has baby changing tables in the toilets.
 

Can I bring a baby pram?

In shows that allow children, an unguarded area will be enabled on the ground floor to leave prams.

How do I find my seat inside the Navarra Arena?

The venue is signposted and you can ask our accommodation team who will tell you how to find your seat.
 

Can I change seats during the show?

For safety and capacity reasons it is not possible to change seats during the show.
 

Can I get up from my seat and dance?

Yes, but please try not to disturb the people behind you, and do not stand on the seats or obstruct the corridors or stairs. If the people behind you complain, the spectator must sit down and will not be able to get up and dance.

Is there a restaurant and/or coffee shop in Navarra Arena?

Yes, Navarra Arena has a cafeteria, El Escondite del Arena. Opening hours will be available on their respective social networks or website. Check the location here.
 

Is there a bar service during the shows?

There are different stations distributed both on the arena and in stands that offer a catering service. Check here for more information.


How can I pay at the bars?

At the bars you can pay by credit or debit card and you can pay in cash at those bars that accept cash.
 

Are alcoholic beverages available?

Yes, except at sports events. The sale and/or supply of alcoholic beverages to minors is not allowed.
 

Is there food for people with coeliac disease?

Is there a medical service in the venue?

Yes, as established by the regulations, a medical service is available.


Is there a defibrillator on the premises?

Yes, Navarra Arena is a cardio-protected building.


How do I use the medical service?

Ask for help from the organisation, customer service and/or security team to locate the medical service.

Is smoking allowed in the venue?

No. According to current regulations, smoking is not allowed inside the venue at any event. An outdoor smoking area will be made available depending on each event.
 

Are there any ATMs?

There are no ATMs in the building.
 

Is there WiFi?

Yes, there is free Wifi connectivity in the venue.
 

Are there any mobile phone charging points?

There are no mobile phone charging points.
 

Is there any merchandising?

The sale of merchandising products depends on each company organising the events. You can ask us at Instagram, WhatsApp, X and Facebook or infonavarrarena@nicdo.es.
 

Is there a cloakroom service?

There is usually no cloakroom service. If made available at an event, it will be stated in the event info.

How can I get press accreditation for an event?

In general, press accreditations for the events are managed by the organising company. For any questions, contact navarrarenacomunicacion@nicdo.es


I work in the media. How can I access press information?

At www.navarrarena.com/en/prensa find all the information available for the media (press releases, logos, images, relevant links, etc.). In addition, for any questions, please contact infonavarrarena@nicdo.es and we will help you in all we can.

How can I place a claim?

If you want to make a complaint about a Navarra Arena event, an email address will be provided for this purpose.

Does Navarra Arena have a protocol against sexist and/or sexual assaults?

Yes, Navarra Arena has an action protocol against sexist or sexual assaults, applied by the security personnel who work at all events – and who have been specifically trained in the implementation of these protocols - and by the State Security Forces and Bodies that are present at events when involving more than 1,000 participants.

This protocol consists, in summary, of the following steps:

  1. Detection of an aggression: It can be detected by the accommodation staff, as well as by the bar staff, Security or by any assistant. As well as by a victim.
  2. Reporting: of a sexist aggression or sexual assault: both to the accommodation staff (wearing a specific uniform), as well as to the security staff or venue personnel.
  3. Performance: In the first instance, it is always necessary to act in the case of a possible aggression by approaching the victim and asking if they are okay and /or if they need help (the victim may deny that an assault has taken place and decline help).
  4. Assistance for the victim and referral according to the type of aggression (SOS Navarra/telephone 112). Without putting pressure on them, but making sure that they are all right before leaving them alone. In the case of minors, the security forces and bodies will act by notifying their parents or legal guardians.

What objects are prohibited on the premises?

  • Weapons and dangerous objects: Knives, firearms, sharp or cutting objects, spray, etc.
  • Any illegal substance.
  • Glass objects: Bottles, glasses, etc.
  • Large bags: Bags larger than DIN A4, or that are not transparent.
  • Professional recording devices: Cameras with interchangeable lenses, professional audio and video equipment.
  • Camera accessories: Selfie sticks, tripods, etc.
  • View-obstructing objects: Large posters, banners, clothes or fancy-dress costumes that may obstruct the view of other attendees.
  • Lights and batteries (except for mobile phones): Chemical lights, LED gloves, large external batteries, laser pointers, etc.
  • Large electronic devices: Laptops, tablets, etc.
  • Cigarettes, vapers and lighters.
  • Umbrellas that are not foldable are prohibited.
  • Pets: In general, pets are not allowed (except service animals).
     

It is important to check the specific list of prohibited items for each particular concert or event, as it may vary. It is recommended to check the official information of the event before attending.

The introduction of any unauthorised object would result in expulsion from the venue (see the Admission Protocol of Navarra Arena).
